Privacy policy

What we collect: if you subscribe to alerts, we store your email address, the form and office you picked, and your language. Nothing else.

The delay checker runs entirely in your browser — your receipt date and case details are never sent to our servers.

We use aggregate web analytics (no ad-tracking cookies) to understand which pages are useful.

We do not sell or share your email. Every alert email includes a one-click unsubscribe link; once you unsubscribe, we stop emailing you.
