Is my USCIS case delayed?
Pick your form and office, enter the receipt date from your I-797C notice, and compare against USCIS-published times (captured July 22, 2026). You'll learn whether you're within normal processing and when you can submit a case inquiry.
The calculation runs in your browser — we don't store your date or any case details.
Frequently asked questions
How do I know if my case is delayed?
Compare the time since your receipt date against the USCIS-published processing time for your form and office. If your receipt date is before USCIS's inquiry cutoff date, your case is outside normal processing and you can submit an inquiry.
What is a case inquiry?
A formal request to USCIS (the e-Request tool) about a case outside normal processing time. USCIS accepts it only when your receipt date is on or before the cutoff date it publishes.
Do you store my information?
No. The comparison runs entirely in your browser; your receipt date is never sent to our servers.
